The Filling Out of the Application
So as things stand right now, I have to turn in my application, resume, and essay by September 29th. I am planning on getting it all in this weekend. I am having a terrible time with the essay. It’s only 250-500 words, which is good, but I really want it to be written well. Once I finish with my second draft, I may post it for opinions and advice.
I have also started studying grammar. Now I remember why I disliked it in school! I haven’t study hard core grammar since like 5th grade; although, I did have some back in 3rd year high school English. During the interview you are asked to take a grammar test and I have been told it is killer. So, I have been using this site to study.
According to Aeon’s website, the interview in Austin is October 10th; but, I am under the impression that it is a 2 day interview, so would that be the 10th and 11th? I was wondering if it would be okay to stay at your place, Melissa, when I come up?
