Author's Note: Scratched my head over this one for a while. My default icon was inspired by Trick of the Light (and was made for me by two lovely people catsybcat and swatkat24, btw) so it felt as though I'd already written about it. But I do like a challenge. *grins* These 100 words contain spoilers for #215, The Message.

It’s the first day of his new job. He should have left five minutes ago. Instead, they’re discussing the logistics of disguising the truth as a lie.
They don’t mention Kellerman’s name.
“Was it difficult?” She straightens his already straight tie, the lapels of his jacket, inspecting him. “Lying for the camera?”
“Not really.” He lifts his hand to her face. “I messed up at the end, though.” He brushes his thumb across her bottom lip, hears her breath catch. “Too sincere, apparently.”
“You?” She turns her head to kiss his palm softly, her smile blossoming against his skin. “Never.”
