The secret that I've been using to actually get in the gym

I had help to get out and get in the gym, and when I missed 3 consecutive days this week I had to return to this method.  I bet already everyone has drawn some scandalous ideas of their own as to just what that is... well ALL of you are wrong!!!

Right when I started to go work out all the time I had used a self hypnosis tape, but only listened to it once.  The night before last I listened to a different suggestion, but last night I actually made a playlist of severl suggestions and played them the whole night.  I highly reccomend this to anybody that knows that they are their own worst enemy when it comes to getting out and exercising, or many other bad behaviors you seek to overcome.
