I have offered to write a 1000 to 5000 word fic for charity, ZOMG.
Here is my thread at qldfloodauction. If you were thinking of donating some money to charity for this anyway, I'd love the opportunity to write you something as a thank you gift.
On another fandom 'donation' note, I have spoken to elizabethb about the sudden vanishing of www.pbfic.net, something that many of you have already noticed and mentioned. She is working to get it back online, but is finding it difficult to scrape together the money needed for the monthly bandwidth payment to make that happen. Once I have the paypal details, I will post them here. It's not a huge amount, but having just squandered most of my own salary on paying bills today, I know that sometimes even the smaller bills can be challenging. There is no pressure whatsoever, but if anyone who enjoys that site has a dollar or two to spare, I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated.
