Stolen from delle and ms_artisan

Name a fandom, and I'll tell you who I ship and why.
Then post this on your LJ so I can play too.Oh, and in case you're wondering exactly which fandoms I delve into (because I don't talk about all of them), they would be Prison Break (duh), La Femme Nikita, Harry Potter, Battlestar Galactica, Doctor Who (old and new series), ( Read more... )

WAY!

I ship Michael/Sara, and not only because they want to be together as much as *I* want them to be together.

In the real world, they would have been attracted to each other, big time. In Fox River, you add 'forbidden' and 'inappropriate' and 'dangerous' to the mix, and you have a combination that's waiting to go KABOOM at the slightest provocation.

I ship them because their relationship is a delightful mix of snark and naivity and lies and brutal honesty and tenderness and lust and gosh, what was i saying?

I ship them because I can totally see them in a normal house, doing normal things, loving the peace in the quiet moments of simply being alive and together.

I ship them because they're brave and loyal and caring and smart, whether they're together or apart.

I ship them because they both love/d their families and I believe that deep down they dearly want to create a family for themselves and I know they want to find that possibility in each other.

I ship them because they never expected to find each other in such circumstances, and yet they both understood that this was real, this was something worth fighting for.

Is that enough? I could go on and on and on. *g*

Oh I guess. If you're into that. Lol

You're a poet and you don't know it!

I have never cared so much for two fictional characters as much as these two. I love her in her own storyline as much as him but when they're together they light up the screen.
They just fit so well for all the reasons you mention.
It's not a fairytale, there are lies in the past yet they have complete trust in each other.

Yes, I am totally into that sort of thing. *g*

Snap. Hence the utter devastation when we lost her and hysterical joy when we got her back.

ETA: I just realised I completely forgot to say who *else* I shipped in Prison Break! *beams*

Lincoln/Veronica - ZOMG THEIR LOVE IS SO DOOMED. The memory of how he smiles when he sees she's actually come to visit him still makes me get a bit choked up. She was never been my favourite character, but I've written her a lot, and I've grown to appreciate her a lot more than I did at first. Not sure they would have got back together if she'd lived and he'd made it out, but it's very sad that we'll never get the chance to find out.

Lincoln/Jane - ZOMG HEADBUTT AND TENSION AND OBVIOUS APPRECIATION OF AMAZON KICK-ASS WOMAN FTW! They shared, what, three scenes together, and yet I'm compelled to write them together over and over again. On-screen chemistry is a dangerous beast. *g*

Sucre/Maricruz. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She's a bit drippy at times and he does some incredibly stupid things because of her, but they adore each other and THEY'RE HAVING A BABY AND HE'S SO HAPPY. *g* A lot of her drippiness comes from fear instilled in her by her upbringing and religious beliefs, fear of being left on the shelf, fear of being an unwed mother, and I think Sucre understands that better than anyone.

*angsty tear-riddled Linc/Vee sigh*

*pats you*

I know you felt very alone after we lost her in #201, and I can only say I wish I'd known you better then so I could have tried to console you. I never really liked what Robin did with the character, to be honest, but Vee *could* have easily stuck around for S2, and I've never really got the whole official 'her story was over' line. Pfffft.

It's all right. I had the then foxriver_lady to console me, which luckily she was able to get online right after I watched 2x01 (and fell off the couch in my horror).

I think there was a ton more she could have done, even if it was just hanging out with Steadman until Linc and Mike and Paul showed up. How great would that have been to get there and find her? Ah, well. If it weren't for Vee's death, two of my best fics (that you've never read *g*) wouldn't have gotten written, so I don't really wish it undone. Creatively, angst and broken hearts are good!

Brava! Perfectly put! A relationship built on polar opposites: UST in a place of total restriction, compatability and differing personalities, lies and honesty...and you know what I want to put in all caps, right? Ok, then. I can refrain. ;)

Amen to that.
I think you've said it all....
Oh and they make for KABOOM RPF as well. That does not happen in every fandom, now does it?

I ship them because their relationship is a delightful mix of snark and naivity and lies and brutal honesty and tenderness and lust and gosh, what was i saying?
God I love that!

No, it doesn't, and it's the best added bonus ever. *g*
