Oh, Jen!! Thankyou SO much! This was just fantastic, and does help explain a few questions I had after numerous viewings of this ep!

You close your eyes, wanting to hate her for everything she’s saying but knowing that she’s right, knowing that you owe her more than you could ever repay. Just like you owe Michael. Just like you owe your son.

This just kills me - the amount of guilt Lincoln carries around just by being alive is demonstrated so well in that paragraph *wants to comfort him* So good.

And your theory and explanation regarding Sara works for me too - thanks! - I was literally sitting there watching going "WTF?" when she went to the cemetery, and yet her actions managed to save the day, as it were, but it could have worked out so differently, if it wasn't Bruce who met her there. And naturally, Michael would have had a meltdown, thinking Sara was out there somewhere, on her own... but you have covered it all! I am sure I am not the only one who will be happy with this explanation. *g*

Oh, and the Michael/Sara emotional stuff was lurvely too *g* Hee.
