A Linc POV! Yes please. Especially as my love for Linc has been growing through Pam's fic and now yours. As many people have said, this season is finally giving him the chance to become more of a character and I'm liking what I'm seeing.

Finally, an hour after you’ve left your brother’s trigger-happy bride on the side of a deserted road,
Hee - Lincoln-ism! I said this in reply to Better than nothing but I loved his disdain for Nika when he caught her out with the gun. I'm not sure what Michael was more surprised about - that fact that she tried it, or that Lincoln suspected she would. I think he was thrown for a loop by both his brother and Nika at that point. Actually, I think Lincoln and Nika probably understand each other better than Michael and Nika.

Lincoln's whole mood in this piece has been perfectly captured. So many emotions whirling through him at the same time. Anger with Nika for trying to betray them, and with Michael for trusting her. Compassion for Michael when he looks at him and sees the same fucking misery that’s been in his eyes ever since Bellick opened his fat mouth... Disbelief when he hears that his brother actually phoned Sara, when their situation is so precarious - and yet at the same time he understands. Pain and anguish for both Vee and LJ even though he's not allowing himself to feel it completely. Irritation with Bellick just for being Bellick and his crappy taste in music! Lol. And then his resigned determination to just do it! cause he knows they have to - for his sake as much as Michael's. Lincoln knows what Sara did to help them.

My favourite line?
He looks at you and you think of what he’s sacrificed so that you could be sitting in this shitty car in the bright sunshine instead of dead in the fucking ground.
Awesome!!

So glad you feel this compulsive need to fill in the blanks. *grin*

Beautifully said. *g*

I'm so glad you liked this - I worry sometimes that I'm having too much fun writing Linc and I'll get carried away and he will be a bit too larger than life, so to speak.
