Whomped by transcoding...
I wanted to get my first AMV of my project started.
Really, I did.
I even paid for VisualHub so I could use it for going from one file format to another. Guess what! No joy. I ripped a DVD using Handbrake, VisualHub was used to transcode, but the transcode died silently in progress.
So yeah, defeated before I could even get down to editing. Sweet. :P
