I think I would be happier if I could get myself to leave work earlier. I have a terrible habit of staying until 5:45-6:00 most days, which means I don't get home until 6:45 or so. Usually this isn't because I'm busily working until then - it's because of my procrastination habits. I often find myself doing things that aren't work until 5:15-5:30 or so, and then I get to feeling like I want to leave, and then I remember that I had a bunch of little tasks that I'd left undone, and it takes me around half an hour to actually get out the door. So my new goal is to make myself stop procrastinating by about 4:30, and aim to leave work by 5:15.
