i think i might take the plunge and get a new cell phone. (i've had my current phone for 4 years.) i'm in the position where i can switch service providers, too. i currently have sprint and have been generally pleased with them, but they don't provide great deals to existing customers for new phones.

so here's my question:

what phone company do you have and what have been the pros and cons of dealing with them?
