My cooking plan for the winter is to increase my soup repetoire. Especially hearty bean soups. And because of family preferences I've actually expanded this to include stews. :) Last week I made a beef barley stew that was delicious. And at the moment, when I should be working I am actually surfing around for yummy looking recipes. Got any favorites you'd like to share?
