Among my new favorite movies is
Kung Fu Hustle.

It's a 2004 Hong Kong martial arts movie with hilarious characters, awesome choreography and fun visuals. It's packed with allusions to other films and even the Looney Tunes. It's absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend it to even those that aren't into kung fu films.
This has gotten us on a bit of a kung fu/samurai/yakuza kick. Jason brought the
Sword of Doom home but I didn't see the beginning so I'm having a hard time getting into it. Next up is
Zatoichi.
I'm hooked on
The Wire thanks to Michelle. I'm just about finished with the first season.
I really liked the Wesley Willis documentary, and I hear there's another in the works.

It was surprising to see the support system that this guy had and how many people cared for and loved this big, scary looking, crazy guy. I hope the new documentary goes into a bit more depth.
