No More Lies

Love me for me and only me...
Because I won't look like the girl on the cover of that magazine.
Want me for who I truly am,
And not what you think I could be.
Hold me in your arms,
Because you really want to...
Not because you feel you have to.
And when you say you want to be with me,
Say it because you mean it,
Not because you think I want to hear it.
Hearing isn't always believing,
So make me believe you really want to be with me.
Say you love me,
Not just to say it,
Only say it if you mean it.
For if you really don't,
Then I shall never know...
Because you just throw it around...
Like its some old useless piece of shit.
And I sure hope that it's not true,
Because I want you to mean what you say.
So please don't lie for it will break my heart,
And my heart can no longer be mended,
For it has been mended it's last time,
Because it's been broken far to many times,
And I don't think it can take anymore.
So please don't lie,
Just only say what you mean,
Because all I want to hear is the truth,
And not all lies.
