Sorry it's taken me so long to respond to this, work has been crazy and I have a few more weeks of madness to look forward to before we hit 'downtime'.
I am in favor of any and all of the things you've mentioned. I've definitely had some character discussion posts percolating in the back of my head for some time, I just haven't had the time to sit down and WRITE so I could implement them. :(
The only thing I'd like to confer with you about are the tags (we should come up with a clear system together) and how/where to compile the fic list. Otherwise, I say have at. I am in favor of anything that gets conversation going and gives me a chance to actually talk about the play I listen to all the time.
If you're not comfortable posting in a vacuum, feel free to run anything you want to post by me. I can't guarantee I'll get to it right away, but by the same token I can't guarantee you'd have to wait either. (Deadlines are fickle things.)
I'll try to come up with something myself, soon.
