It's Halloween!!!! I'm currently on the phone with the health center (on hold forever of course) waiting for my results of my strep test. blahhhhh. my lips are SO chapped. it's so hot in my room. do do do. I had so much fun this weekend. I was completely dead on thursday. I felt like such crap. However, I woke up at 630am on Friday feeling energic and fine. So I drove down to Eastchester and Laura drove to Philly. The first show was at this cafe with a stage and stuff. It was actually impressive, not quite the hole in the wall I imagined. Maybe there was 100 people there. It was great. They played 6 songs and I was so close. It wasn't crowded at all. After the show we went on a mini adventure then came back to Philly to park and walk to the hard rock cafe. Big mistake. I thought the hard rock would be safe food but it was terrible. We walked back and killed some time before the show. The show was okay. It was PACKED. It was so packed I didn't even try to move up, we just stayed in the back. The show was good but writing this now I am comparing it to AC. The next day I drove down to Atlantic City with my brother and his friend. We walked around AC which was pretty with all the lights. Around 8pm I decided to go into the venue since Laura, Sam and Cathy were late. I got some food at the bar which was terrible. I should just not eat anything from a themed restuarant ever again. The first band was the concience, which were good. The other band the Jim Mcgee band sucked. Around 11pm Hanson finally came on. I had a really good spot about 2nd row. It was so much fun. They played many different songs from the night before which made the show even better. My favorite song live is Hand in Hand. There is just so much passion and aggression..... Although not as much as last tour. I love that song on the live cd. Anyway, the show was good, Laura got really drunk. I'm feeling better but still kinda tired. I just took a stat test which I probably bombed and I'm trying to get people to go to wing night.
