Yay! I love this! "Unnatural History" is on the very-short short list of my fave EDAs, and you've done it justice.

I particularly like the part where he talks about his dreams.

"Here, I dream of ripples in the air, and something nameless in the bay. I dream of endless corridors and a room full of butterflies. I think that somewhere else, I'll dream of other things and that I need to know what those things are.

"It's time that I move on."

That is a beautiful line, perfect for the Doctor, particularly at this point in his lives, and this is a lovely, dreamlike story as well.
