I slept last night!!!
In other news, I went to accident and medical last night with really bad back pain, also got my thumb (which I dislocated checked out).
It was bad news all round but I'm ok.
Turns out that there were two hairline fractures that I did when I had the riding accident in my spine.
The two areas where I'm having pain, well the arthritis has really hit in and the vertebrae looked so strange and have degenerated so were all 'crumbly' around the edges. I'll be ok, I just have to learn to live with the pain as there isn't much that can be done, if anything.
My thumb, apparently the ligaments are completely screwed, I see a hand specialist on Thursday and may need surgery on it, but it will be minor.
I'm ok, honestly.
I'm just happy to know what is wrong with my back, now I can get on with things without worrying why it's so bad and not improving. Does that make sense?
