Third Codex [Written]
[Bellis found herself some regular, non-Luceti notebooks which she intended to use to take notes about the town and the people she meets. Unfortunately, despite usually being a very organized person, she's made a rather large blunder and written a series of private notes in her Luceti notebook.]
I will find a way to return to New Crobuzon, but I will not make the same mistakes as I did in Armada. I will not let my actions bring harm to these people.
Estelle: A potential friend? [There's some space here, as though she plans to add more later.]
Goroh: [No entry here. Just several blank lines.]
Albert Silverberg: Might be worth talking to. Apparently something of a leader. Doubt he has any more information than anyone, but it's worth an attempt.
Vyse and Yuri: Leaders of two police groups. Apparently less cruel than the militia of New Crobuzon, but I plan to avoid them until I can learn more about them.

This is pointless. The only way out is through the Malnosso or someone with a connection with them. But they don't have any reason to talk to me or to consider releasing me.
