Kitty Road Trip
Zoey went on a road trip today. anibunny went with me to drive her around. Since I quit my job I'm going home to put myself back together and that means moving. So. Zoey Meows all the time when she's in her carrier in the car and I did not want to deal with that for two days. Before going with dad's idea of medicating her with sedatives I thought I'd see how she is in the car on a lap.
And! I think it'll work just fine. She was a little fussy but I think once we get going down the road she'll get the message that we're going for a while.
She seemed all right. Content (Mostly) to hang out in a lap and watch the world go by.
I think I'm more worried about how Zoey will handle this than I should be.
Though... I really don't want her to learn from Figaro that outside is cool. But then, she was really freaked out when we stopped at a park to let her out and see that the litter box was available. So maybe she's happy inside.
In other news... My new roll of packing tape isn't sticky.... This is not OK.
