I found one that I like. It's more than I pay, but (I can't believe I'm saying this) reasonable for what's out there.
I'd have snatched it up... if they allowed pets.
I'm waiting for the manager to call me back... She's talking to the owner...
When I went to go see it she told me that she's trying to talk the owner into allowing pets. Cats at least. I'm sure she could rent the places out faster when they were vacant if they allowed pets in this land where the people are crazy about pets but the landlords aren't.
We'll see.
