Dr Who - thoughts on "Midnight"
The last two episodes (Silence In The Library and Forest Of The Dead) were astonishingly good. Edge-of-your-seat stuff. I love all the episodes written by Steven Moffat - The Girl In The Fireplace and Blink remain right at the top of my list of favourites. But this week......very disappointing, IMHO. It's not that I don't enjoy something a little more subtle, but this simply failed to engage me at all. Except the brief "Rose" flash.
However, the preview for next week looks fantastic!!!! So I'll overcome my disappointment and await next week's episode with eager anticipation.......
