You're not the person that I once knew.

01. Start off t=with a canvas of 100 x 100 or any size you want your texture to be. Fill your canvas with a color of #000000 black.

02. Go to Filter >> Render >> Lens Flare...Choose the position of the lens flare.
Note: If you're making a big texture, make sure you increase your brightness.
I had my brightness up to 76. But that's up to you. The type doesn't matter, but don't choose movie prime. It's not what we want.

03. Make as many Lens Flares as you want. Give it a try with 3, 2 or even just 1.

04. After you press ok, go to Filter >> Distort >> Twirl and Play with the settings. Either negatives or positives. I like both :P So I made lots of textures.

05. Now for the coloring part..I have some pre-made gradients for you by me. You can use them or make your own or just make a new layer and fill it with a solid color. Whatever you choose, make that layer (gradient, color) at overlay 100%. If you don't like it, try Draken 100% or just try all blend modes and choose. I always use Overlay.

Here are the gradients:

Made By Me. You can always rotate them :)
