I think your f-listers were supposed to choose the fandom, but I'm sure the same one would have come up, so I just picked three. The questions were interesting--I didn't just put names (mostly) but reasons as to why, and that made it fun. If there's one you'd like to see, drop a comment and let me know.
BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER
Favorite character: Spike, since that's who I identify with most.
Least favorite character: Kennedy for obvious reasons. She sucked major hairy, salty balls (though not literally, being gay and all, but still).
Character with the best hair: Cordelia--it was long, full of lustre, and she kept it simple.
Character with the best eyes: Spike--most expressive
Character I'd most want to kiss: Spike because duh.
Character I'd most likely shag: soulless Spike (souled Spike on Ats s5 was more fun--I'd shag him)
Character I'd make lunch for: Dawn--she clearly needs the help, and a friend. We could eat it together.
Character I'd go singing in the rain with: Willow--it's geeky and kind of lame, and maybe she could magic it to make it more fun
Character I'd go shopping with: Cordelia--who'd know better than Queen C?
Character I'd go dancing with: Xander--his bad dancing would make me look good, or be good for a laugh. Or Faith, and we could lez out--just not in a literal sense.
Character I'd take over the world with: Angelus, cause he was the most motivated for something like that.
Character I most want to see more of: Spike, with the nudity
Favorite het pairing: Cordelia and Xander
Favorite slash pairing:There wasn't one really, besides Willow and Tara, so they win by default (Kennedy's bitch ass doesn't count)
ANGEL: THE SERIES
Favorite character: I love the whole main cast who were ever in the credits in their own way (excluding evil Cordelia or Connor, though I felt for him), but I'll go with Angel
Least favorite character: Detective...whatever the hell Elisabeth Rohm's character's name was. And Knox--what a bastard.
Character with the best hair: Scruffy Wes
Character with the best eyes: I'll go with "bad" Wes, cause he always looked so pained
Character I'd most want to kiss: Spike, or post throat cut Wes. Maybe Angel when he was sad--at least a hug
Character I'd most likely shag: post cut throat Wes or Spike
Character I'd make lunch for: Angel. He needed to connect more between the time Cordelia was evil up until the point Spike came back. We could have quality fun time, and I could bully him in my own way sure, but it'd be reminiscent of the other two.
Character I'd go singing in the rain with: Lorne--he'd get it. Plus he could read me.
Character I'd go shopping with: Harm, maybe. Cordelia became more involved with helping the helpless post season one, so I don't think it'd be as much fun. And she was broke, so still, lacking the fun.
Character I'd go dancing with: Angel--he's such a dorky dancer, it'd be wicked awesome! Or Wes--pre cut throat Wes. He's just as lame, but didn't know it, so it'd be even more fun :D
Character I'd take over the world with: Same answer as before--Angelus, cause he was the most motivated for something like that. Or Lilah. If she hadn't been killed, she would have been on it.
Character I most want to see more of: All of them, what with the premature cancellation and all :(
Favorite het pairing: Though it lasted for all of five minutes, and one was spell induced, and another spell kept them apart, Angel and Cordelia. I would have said Wes and Lilah, had Wes not been so irrationally hung up on Fred. Fred and Gunn were cool, till it went down hill...yeah.
Favorite slash pairing:Though it was not sexual, totally Angel and Spike.
ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT
Favorite character: Tough question...Lucille Bluth
Least favorite character: I love them all, but maybe Maeby, since the others make me laugh more
Character with the best hair: Lindsay Bluth
Character with the best eyes: in a purely comical way, Lucille Bluth
Character I'd most want to kiss: Michael Bluth--he's sweet.
Character I'd most likely shag: Maybe GOB--he's nas-tay.
Character I'd make lunch for: George Michael, and try to explain why Egg is bad for him. Or maybe Buster, and explain why he shouldn't date people his mom's age, who happen to have his mom's name. Also, he has trouble with the one hand.
Character I'd go singing in the rain with: Uncle Oscar, but only if he was high.
Character I'd go shopping with: Lindsay though I'd never wear my clothes backwards...
Character I'd go dancing with: Michael because he needs to get out more.
Character I'd take over the world with: Kitty--she'd have great ideas if she wasn't so stupid, so I could totally help with that.
Character I most want to see more of: All of them, since it was cut prematurely again...Hopefully in the theatre later this year.

Favorite slash pairing: Barry Zuckerkorn and any of his prostitutes or pit stop washroom buddies :D
