They're going to be a news segment on this.  Seriously?  Must be a slow day in the world, if that's possible.

Clearly if it's a compliment or a criticism (or insult, really), it goes to how it's said and who's saying it and why.

I really wish there was a "Dumb Ass Award" sometimes.
