On the latest Buffy comic...
Anyone still reading these?
Here are a couple of thoughts and questions:
1. She *still* doesn't realize that Spike with his soul would not *exist* without Spike sans soul, or that Spike is still Spike.
2. Spike has had a nasty habit of picking women who will make him a doormat. The comics have had him regress, and that sucks donkey dick.
3. I don't see this ending well.
3a. Wtf, Dawn? You have the memories, but not the feelings? How does that work, exactly?
3b. Is Dawn like a stereotypical version of a freshly turned vamp [emotionally] now?
4. We get butt ass naked space frak, and this we only get Dawn and Xander talking about sandwiches? Wtf? I feel cheated. We could have gotten one panel where their faces are nearly touching, and they whisper something sweet to one another. Bastards.
5. Why is Giles a kid again? Was he reincarnated at age 12?
6. I thought that was Angel towards the end. But it appears Spike is having the same nightmares Angel had in "Somnambulist", and was just channeling a vamp he was closely connected to.
