And to be a cowardly bully, when he knew he couldn't be hurt in return. Despicable!

Word. I found it to be gross and obscene, and an act of torture.

While I do somewhat like Riley as a person, get him within 100 feet of Buffy and he becomes easy to dislike. He's a tool, to put it bluntly. Though I kind of agree that when Buffy and Angel are within close proximity, I get a little bit nauseous and a little bit bored and a little bit annoyed, so I'm with the author in that I don't like Angel. I sincerely would like the author's take on Spike, though.

I love Angel, but I don't like him with Buffy. God, what a snoozefest...

Riley--I think using the word beige to describe him was perfect. I remember when he first appeared onscreen, and I was much more intrigued by his friends (particularly Forest), and I felt his punching Parker in the face was a contrived moment on screen that didn't win me over. Even before I shipped Spuffy, I thought Biley was vomit inducing.

Marc in general as an actor, though...I've seen him in two roles outside of Riley, and I still find him fairly "meh."

Agreed on what the author thinks about Spike!

I still don't know why Buffy didn't do a double take when she met Graham. Square jaw, large forehead, hair stuck straight up...come on.

But yes, other than the Angelhate, I get what the poster was saying, and agree even!
