Eh, What the Hell?

Although, it'll majorly suck if I get no responses...

Pick any character from a fandom of mine and I'll answer the following questions:

1) What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her.

1) What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her.
Darla was an exemplary vampire and one bad ass bitch. How can you not love her, even if she was "evil"?

2) Is he/she important to the general plot?
She was more important on Ats. I mean...she was a great example of change, and gave birth to Angel's son, so...The self sacrifice--that was truly a beautiful moment. However, I don't know if she was more integral to the plot due to the past, or her effect on Angel's present. Hell, let's go with both.

3) Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/she grip you emotionally?
I can't relate to her emotionally, and the only time she gripped me emotionally was when she was prepared to sacrifice herself for her child. But even so, I love her still.

4) How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from?
Tons!

5) Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by his/her relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic)
I do think she was a soulmate of Angel's in a way...I think I mostly ship her with Dru, though. Not in a sexual way, but they were awesome together onscreen. I could have lived with a few more eps with them together.

6) Is there anything about the character you would change?
I would have let her live to see her son.

7) If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how would you see yourself interacting with him/her? Would you get along well? Fall in love with him/her? Dislike? Have a friendly rivalry?
I don't think I'd want to cross her :P Vampire thing aside, I do think, however, we could get along. We're both annoyed easily, so there's that.

8) Does this character make the cut as one of your all time favorites (if you like) or least favorites?
I'd say so, yes. She's in my top six.

9) Would you hype up this character (if you like) or warn about this character (if you dislike) to someone new to fandom?
I'd want to, but I think she works best as a delicious surprise. Besides, it'd be hard to hype her since she gets cut again way too soon.

10) Is this character popular with the fanbase?
Sadly, I think not. I don't get why she doesn't have more fandom love...I mean, she's kick ass. Doesn't get much better than that.

Forgot to mention--when she cries to Angel that she wants to remember (and for the record, I think she would have) her love for the baby...that tears me up.
