One True Pairing Ship: I'll go with Spike and Angel. I think they're the only ones who can really have a true, happy ending, and they're both my favorite.
Canon Ship: Tough, since nearly every canon ship pairing got the short end one way or another...I'll go with Xander/Cordelia. They gave me warm fuzzies before Joss decided to kill their relationship.

"You are one sick bastard" Ship: Spike/Riley Cause...srsly, come on.
"I dabble a little" Ship: Buffy/Forrest. Yeah, they'd argue and yeah, he's another insanely tall dude for someone so short (but really folks, that's typically how it goes in RL anyway), but he wouldn't take her crap, he's human, and they'd make a kick ass team. Also the part where the two of them together wouldn't bore me to the point of catatonia or make me grimace like Buffy/Riley.
"It's like a car crash" Ship: Spike/Buffy. I love them in fanon, but in canon, for the most part, I think they were like that. It really is the bulk of s6, anyway. You want to stop looking, you maybe even feel a little bad for it, but you look anyway.
"Tickles my fancy but not sold just yet" Ship: Um...no idea...if it tickles my fancy, that would in fact sell me.
"Makes no canon sense but why the Hell not" Ship: Spike/Andrew. I just don't see Spike going for any other guy but Angel (cause love transcends gender and all that, blah blah blah), and it's clear that Andrew likes loves Spike. Really, truly, loves and admires him. Spike likes him okay--but not like that. But yeah--why the hell not?
"Everyone else loves it but I just don't feel it" Ship: Willow/Tara and perhaps Riley/Buffy. Or...did anyone love those pairings? Anyone? I'll throw canon! Spike/Buffy in there too. I didn't feel it...nope.
"When all is said and done" Ship: Here I'll circle back to Spike/Angel. I mean really, when the dust settles, as long as neither of them has been dusted, they have an eternity in front of them. No human counterpart can make that happen.
Angel
One True Pairing Ship: Angel/Spike or Angel/Cordelia. Man, we got screwed on the latter BIG time...but if we hadn't, we wouldn't have had the s5 that we did, which I love.
Canon Ship: Spike/Angel, Angel/Cordelia, or Gunn/Fred before it got flushed down the toliet...
"If this happens I'll stab my eyes out with a spork" Ship: Eve/Angel. Mystical sex doesn't count....thank god.
"You are one sick bastard" Ship: Cordelia/Beast and Cordelia/Connor. Though that wasn't Cordelia in mind...but it was still effin' sick.

"It's like a car crash" Ship: Fred/Wes, hands down.
"Tickles my fancy but not sold just yet" Ship: Spike/Illyria. I see it...but then I don't. They need more balance. Frankly, I think she works best with Wes. Wes/Fred--no. But Wes/Illyria? Yep.
"Makes no canon sense but why the Hell not" Ship: Angel/Wes. Wes was the Andrew to Angel's Spike. The more serious version, clearly. He had mad love for Angel...and I think in that way. A lot. Also explains why Spike was occasionally snippy to Wes--he could sense the other Brit's feelings and jealousy reared it's ugly head...hey, it's plausible. This isn't just a "Scarlet!Head canon" thing :p
