Yeah... so I've never made a tutorial before, so bear with me here.

1. Let's get cracking! OK, so let's start with a 100X100 canvas and take our super pretty wonderfully cropped base right here!

2. Duplicate the base and set it to Screen %50, then duplicate it again to Soft Light %100, and then once again set to Soft Light %100 (again!).

3. Let's brighten up this already obnoxiously bright icon with a Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer set on Master - Saturation - +40.

4. Now we'll add a color fill layer with #14b8f5 set to Soft Light %50.

5. Time to get down and dirty (literally...icon wise) and add a nice little color fill layer with #b5b788 set on Multiply at %100!

6. Now let's add a good ol' light texture by
fuyuno set at Screen %100. I flipped mine around, and you might have to do the same.

7. Our icon is butt ugly to say the least. This step is gonna fix that. Scroll all the way down to your base, duplicate it, and bring it to the top set on Overlay at %100.

8. Oh, now that's gorgeous! BUT! We're not through. Add this gradient by
almateria and set it to Lighten at %100. I didn't have to flip mine, but you might if that's how your image is.

9. Almost there! Now I just did this step cause I felt my image needed it, but it's optional. We're gonna add a little red to this icon by adding yet another Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer set with Reds - Saturation - +40 set on Normal at %50 opacity.

10. And finally *drumroll* we'll add this texture by
urbanstrokes and set it at Multiply %100! (I erased the bit on the face cause we all want the face)

AND NOW WE'RE DONE!!! You guys go ahead and try this out! I wanna see what you come up with!
