So I know I've been completely negligent with my legacy. I haven't updated since Christmas and for that I do apologize. In my defense, life has been particulary harsh on the Denbow clan  for the last several months and it's all but killed my creativity. But I haven't been entirely idle. Though Guilford is being neglected, I've been putting around in my other sims hoods; building houses and creating sprawling metropolis'. In particular a small town called Pheonix, it's characters and locations based on my favorite tv show "The Tribe". I've been doing a lot of building there and just finished polishing off the high school. It's not a house in the traditional sense but I wanted to show it off anyway. Enjoy!
