no such thing is a bad news

Bad News is just the other side of a coin which is good news. I've been through more than enough of good and bad news to tell you this:
1. Good and bad news are like twins, they come to you in equal number to which karma is the constant variable of the equation. The only variable in this equation is "time" that denotes their arrival. In short, soon or later both sides of the coin show up in equal number of chances given enough time. Therefore, there is no such thing as bad or good news. They are just event react to karma.
2. If the event arrived and it triggered too much pressure on you. You could try to fan out the fire, we know it is possible to fan out the fire but we also know the same action can intensify the fire, or you can collect yourself and remove what the fire needs to continue its course - Fire has already burned, but to what burn-degree you are willing to suffer?
3. Bad news or good one always come and go if you give them time to expire.
If you "can't think much right now" and if you react, then i guess you will have the tendency to "fan out" the fire. Goodluck! we all need a good burn from time to time. I guess, it's part of your journey. I still don't want to say why "journey of a soul" is a counter point of their parts - journey and soul. :-)
