This homemade bleacher is not suitable for skin that have folding or like a chicken skin as this can irritate the skin more. This can be a good exfoliating agent for elbows and knees and this only should be done twice a month. So to clear things out, these is the homemade bleaching recipe you're waiting for.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup (3%)Hydrogen Peroxide
1/2 cup of Milk Powder
1tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Honey

Mix all the ingredients to make a nice paste, add milk powder to make it thick if desired. If your skin is sensitive, do a skin patch first. After applying the bleach, clean the area with warm water and pat to dry. Then put some lotion over the bleached area. Please don't apply this to areas with rashes as it can irritate it more.
