Boston Police reported the following incident that occurred on Pilgrim
Road near the Winsor School on January 28, 2007
*B-2 Roxbury, Massachusetts: *Officers received a report of a 14 year
old female who was walking on Pilgrim Road when a black SUV (possibly a
range rover) pulled up to her. A white male in the passenger seat yelled
at her at which time the door opened and he attempted to grab her. The
white male was unsuccessful and the victim was able to run off and get
help. Victim was unable to see the operator of the black SUV.
Oh, and twenty minutes later, we got this gem of information-
On Saturday February 3^rd at 3:00 AM an unknown male entered an unlocked room in Dix Hall, turned on the light and began searching through personnel belongings. When the male realized that the room was occupied he fled without incident. The subject was described as a White male medium athletic build wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. Height and weight are unknown. Simmons Public Safety wants to remind all residents to lock your doors, do not allow unknown persons into the residence (piggybacking) and please continue to adhere to the guest policies for all of your guests. When an unescorted person is found please notify Public Safety.
