Working Out

A few weeks back (right after I got back from England) I started going to noon time classes at the campus gym. Monday = ab workout with a pilates ball. Tuesday = circuit training. Wed = Fitness ball work out. Thursday = strength training. Friday = Yoga.

Now the noon time classes will end soon because there's no budget at all to provide classes for us few folks who are around during the summer. The first week of June is basically the last week of class. But there is one potential way for me to semi-continue my new found healthier routine: Boot Camp.

For the month of June the T/Th instructor has agreed to teach a boot camp for free. The class meets a 7:30 am M/W/F and goes through 8:30. Since my weekday sessions M-Th now are all 30 minute classes...and the boot camp is an hour...I'll actually be working out more. Especially more if I go to the gym on the off days for a cardio run.

7:30 is rather early. Keep in mind to get to work by 8am I wake at 5am. I'm not sure how it's all gonna work out, but I'm gonna try to do it b/c I want my health back got dammit!
