Found the 1901cenus online. It's fantastic. I've found my great grandma. in 1901 she was 16 and living with her sister Georgina and her widowed mother Mary in 15 Howard Street Wigan. She and Georgina are listed as cotton weavers.
Rebecca's future husband, who she will marry in 1910, is yet to move into 21 Howard Street. In 1910 he was 16, working as a coal miner and living in 6 Bridge street, Aspull Lancashire with his father Thomas, his mother Jane, his elder brother Jack, his younger sisters Nancy and Mary and his younger brothers George Albert and Wright.
