♠ RL is sort of getting busy, yet somehow I still find the time to write random sentence fics. :p Go me. Said random sentence fics are over at laudanumdreams, if anyone hasn't seen them yet and is interested. Much random. Still, it sort of astonishes me how some of the weirdest sounding pairings (Kira/Grimmjow, anyone?) can turn out amazingly fun to write. Maybe

Shuuhei. ♥

(a)
♠ Despite the alternate meaning of the 69 on his face, Shuuhei does not actually sleep around. He doesn't have the time (not even when Tousen is around), and he's not the sort of guy to play fast and loose with other people's hearts. He's not a virgin, but he's not a deviant either.
♠ He tries to keep his feelings for Kensei as nothing more than respect and admiration, because he feels as if he's violating something sacred when he thinks about what it would be like for Kensei to touch him, skin on skin, mouth to mouth.
♠ He's made a promise to himself that he won't lose anyone else to Aizen. He won't. No matter what.

He breaks my heart on a regular basis by being beautiful and stoic and tragic.

In the end he has the strength to do what he knows he has to do for himself. He won't leave Tousen to anyone else, it's his responsibility and he's never shirked responsibility. And he's really hot.

♥ Renji - he was never as close to Renji as he was to Kira, but that wasn't to say he wasn't attracted to Renji's raw sensuality and flaming red hair. They fooled around once, both drunk out of their minds, and he's fairly sure Renji doesn't remember. He remembers. But Renji's in love with Byakuya and Shuuhei knows that falling in love with him would be to step onto a one way road to futility.

♥ Kira - Shuuhei edits Kira's poems, which many people perceive as akin to a declaration of love, given their poetic merit. However, while they're good friends, and whill Shuuhei would do almost anything for Kira, he's not in love with Kira. He's not entirely sure why. Or he is sure why, but he doesn't want to dwell on that.

♥ Tousen - he almost worshipped Tousen, but he was never in love with Tousen and he never desired Tousen in a sexual way. Tousen was too perfect. Too untouchable. Tousen was his god.

♥ Byakuya - was a very beautiful man, and on occasion Shuuhei found himself watching the captain with unwarranted intensity. But Byakuta, for all his elegance and all his loveliness, belonged to Renji (even if he didn't know it himself). It was clear in the way his voice softened, just a little, when he said 'Abarai-fukutaichou', and in the way sometimes he'd let his eyes linger on his vice-captain's form, the faintest beginnings of a smile twisting his lips.

♥ Matsumoto - is a very attractive woman, and Shuuhei confesses that he is not immune to her ample...charms. However, much as he likes her an enjoys her company, he's never even contemplated love with her, because he quite simply doesn't feel that way about her. He's aware she doesn't find him unattractive. But he keeps a distance between them, because he won't be dishonest when it comes to his heart.

Yeah...the lame is lame...sorry, I'm really tired. :p /lame excuses.

I'll get to Hakkai. Eventually. :p
