Your lack of fandom pursuits does seem rather worrying ;) Indeed, perhaps you have been kidnapped by aliens and replaced, and you actually think you are you but clearly are not? *snorts*

We all go on hiatus... the fandom stuffs will return and you can say, "Screw you, Uni!" with a gleeful smile. :)

I have an AWESOME couple of fanart pieces of Dante if you'd like them. One is similar to the bottom one, but hotter, and the other is Dante/some random hot demon getting it on with gunkink. Let me know if you'd like... ;)

Tehe, I hope they do. I'd just like to find a balance. Combine recreational fandom with scholarly interst in university work. That'd be good. I suspect I'm mainly just being melodramatic.Hopefully at some point over the weekend I'll find that while I am interested in my uni work, I also want to write/read manga, and then I can structure my days around a happy blend of the two.

Actually, I would bet my left nipple that that's actually Nero, Dante's TWIN BROTHER, holding the gun, because blue is his color and red is Dante's. And I could buy that that's Dante all chained up and crap, but on closer inspection, I could be wrong. Or not. Y'know. Hot either way.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure it's Vergil (another twin brother...is Nero actually ever confirmed as being Dante's twin? I need a better DMC knowledge base). Who knows. They're both looking pretty sexy. Though the chains look a bit ouchy.

I am not ignoring! I was going to respond to the Ulqui one in a sec. I was pondering the Ulqui/Cesare similarities (they don't really exist, actually, I just like to pretend they do :p).

Hmm, yeah, but that doesn't necessarily make them twins though, does it? It just means that somewhere along the line he's related to Sparda. He could even be an indirect descendant through someone Sparda knocked up somewhere.

...he couldn't be Dante's son or anything, could he? I have no idea how old Dante actually is. I've creeped myself out now. :p I preferred when they were twins.

Flappy Pope is a good way to describe him.

Aaaaah, I am less perplexed now - I think you meant Vergil, who is indeed the twin brother. Though butterflygirl_3 tells me that there's a possibility Nero could be his twin brother as well, soooo...looks like whoever I'm shippingin a slashy way in DMC, I'm shipping incest. W00t.

Tehe, you haven't converted me yet. Dante/Nero and Dante/Vergil are an exception, not the rule. :p
