Review time at work...
So I have never been so upset about anything and it is taking all I have not to break down here at work. I do not feel good, so it is not helping the situation. I will explain a little bit what is going on:
I started here at DNP last April. I was hired at first as a temp, and had to "prove myself" in the 90 days, in order to get hired on. THEN, I had to have another 90 day probation until me and Molly got our benefits. Granted, they are worth the wait, but I already had so much time vested in the company. So I just waited it out, and did my best.
So the other day, I get a review. Mind you, my boss and my old boss BOTH told me that they gave me 4's on all of my scores. So when I go into my review, I am getting all 3's. That is the first strike against this place... Then, today they hand out raises... so I am all excited thinking that I am going to get a quarter or so raise, thinking that I did pretty good.
What do I get?! $0.06. I got a .5% raise for this year.
This is the biggest slap in the face EVER.
