A while ago, UPS called to say that I had underpaid an invoice by $32.55.  That is a very familiar number when it comes to our UPS bills, and since our books showed the invoice paid in full, I figured they had applied the $32.55 to an invoice we never received.  So I called them to explain the situation.  And they said they'd take care of it.  The no one took care of it, so I had to explain it to someone else.  And then a few months went by and they called again to say I had underpaid an invoice.  So I explained it again.  And then they requested a copy of the cheque.  So I sent it.  And they got it but then requested a list of invoices that the cheque was supposed to be applied to.  FINALLY after about 4 months, they called yesterday and said that everything was taken care of.  They said that my account was completely clear and we had no open invoices.  That's weird - we ALWAYS have open invoices with UPS because we are constantly shipping computers out and then pay a bunch of invoices at the end of the month.  But okay random UPS woman, I will accept that.

Today I received a cheque from UPS for $32.55.  WHAT IS THIS FOR?!?!?!?!  GAAAAH
