Also, note the "RSS feed" text at the top of the journal. This handy feature will give you quick access to when there is a new "master" post (though you still will have to check individual entries for updates--I recommend setting your preferences to letting you know when people reply to your posts, since that will make it so you have to check the journal a little less often.)
