i lost my middle lip ring yesterday. so i look like a loser with just two barbells on the outside.

wait...i just made lasagna and didn't eat it. haha.
starting the atkins diet tomorrow. actually, i'm fasting for the weekend, then on monday i'll start. gotta lose 10 pounds or 15 pounds before i leave. i figured though that like i can lose 55 pounds before i return in september. it's my goal. i'll be a fox. ya heard? A FOX
