So proud of my girl...
Talked to Kara last night. YAY! But some good and bad news.
Seems there was some confusion on when we were going to see J&H, so she hadn't gotten the tickets yet (that and she'd been busy). But that's ok, we got that all cleared up.
Also, I guess they had all-county choir auditions recently, and my high school sent 19 people to try out. And 18 of those made it! I'm so happy for them, that program just seems to improve more and more every year. And our alto section, which is usually pretty weak and soft, had the most representation. But the best news of all, Kara's ranked second. Meaning she's the second best alto in Horry County.
I'm sooooooo proud of her, I could burst. Or scream. Or sing. Or SOMETHING! lol I just wish I was there so I could celebrate with them. Oh well... email time. Maybe it'll get through this year...
