'Specially when we're talking about Antigone in all it's incestual
glory! Most hilarious class EVAR today... talking about love, death,
sex, and incest and an overall good time had by all. And Pelligrino's
paraphrasing is absolutely brilliant... I think my favorite parts were
the arguments between Haemon and Creon... like around line 765,
"Father, only the gods endow a man with reason,/the finest of all their
gifts, a treasure./Far be it from me--I haven't the skill [(unlike you,
Dad...)] [...to about 795...] No,/it's no disgrace for a man, even a
wise man [like you, Dear Old Dad]/to learn many things and not be too
rigid." Hehe!!! (I dunno... it might've been one of those "You Had To
Be There" type things...) Any-who, wonderous class today. ^_^
