Not often I will mourn the passing of a politician, especially one that looked like he should be cast in stone and sitting in a back garden with a fishing rod in his hand. A good piece, and I think it says so much about the british press who were always giving him a hard time that they've suddenly put him on a pedestal now he's gone. They were always mocking him about how he could get such an attractive mistress, when maybe they hadn't considered the obvious, that she liked him because he was a man of principles, who did what he believed in and maybe as he had a high ranking cabinet member's salary. No seriously, he seemed like a genuine guy and it's sad that he's gone at such an early age.
