[Mikaela was already there, thanks to an unknown helper named Jin. It had been a sudden and random teleport and she'd wound up crashing face first into the sand, nauseated and gasping for breath as she looked frantically for the others.

Covered in sand and grime from the fight, she scrambles to her feet, clothing relatively torn up as she staggers forward.]
