I just had an awesome idea to further improve my Carl costume.
I was wondering about how I was going to achieve the bald thing. Shoon suggested buying a bald cap at a Halloween store or something, but I don't think I could ever find another use for a bald cap. Buttttttttt...I could crochet a bald cap! Imma buy some pasty flesh-colored yarn and some dark brown yarn, and make a hat that mimics Carl's bald head. And wear my hair pinned up underneath the hat for Halloween. And unlike a rubbery Halloween bald cap, I could totally wear this one around. Because I would be an awesome bald man.
And I could crochet the mustache too, and then attach it to my face with that fashion tape stuff that they sell to keep your boobs inside of your dress. Or just double-sided tape.
Other than that, I just need sweatpants, and to find my blue flip flops. I already have the crocheted gold chain scarf and a white spouse-beater. And I'm going to draw hair on my shoulders and chest with a sharpie.
