Before we can get a business license, the fire and building inspectors need to walk through and deem the place safe. I have no idea if they'll be able to do that or not. We will find out. If not, I guess that answers our dilemma of whether or not to keep on keeping on.
If they deem it ok, then new renters will be a necessity. In the past, booze profits have gone towards paying hydro and making up the difference with not enough rent. No more. So... ya, that's all.
