Legitimate pwnage
So I was reading Todd "Legitimate Rape" Akin's Facebook page. There are basically three types of comments that have been left for Akin since he lost to Claire McCaskill:
1. Right-wing fundie xtians, many of them obvious Dominionists (I saw one reference to Akin working with kids from Generation Joshua), thanking Akin for standing up for "god," "the bible," "the unborn," "AMURKAH," etc. etc. With frequent claims that he was "too honest" for the GOP, which "threw him under the bus," and for this country, which [insert Armageddon-flavored word salad here].
2. Buttfurious Republicans who aren't Jeebuzoid whackjobs, blaming Akin for costing them the seat, calling him selfish, etc.
3. Gloating liberals. Here's a collage of some of them:

I want to call out four comments by Akin supporters:
Who's surprised that an MRA would support a rape apologist?
Birth control = "cannibalizing children." This is the hard Dommie plus Opus Dei core that has been agitated into existence over the last three decades and is not going away any time soon or without a fight. They've talked about opposing birth control for years; it was mentioned in the 1989 documentary Abortion: For Survival, which is unfortunately not listed on IMDB.
I like how this douchenozzle doesn't think women know as much about our own bodies as Akin does, and that if we get angry at encroachments on our bodily autonomy, we're "thin skinned."
How well do you think the average dude would react if told that his penis had to be subordinate to his country? This asshole wants women to shut up and breed.
Kaili Joy Gray (one, two), JenniferVents, Megan Carpentier, Rebecca Traister, and (of all people) Matt Taibbi all have good advice and insights for the GOP about their issues with most American women. Don't count on them taking it. Their brand is "You're Better Than All Those Undeserving Others."
