So Robert Krulwich apologized. Kinda.

To Radiolab listeners. Not to the Yangs. No acknowledgment that the science was highly dubious, to say the least. No response to the accusations by Hmong speakers that the final edits were highly slanted. No addressing of Radiolab's refusal to provide the Yangs with a transcript without a court order.

Hmong commenters such as Diane in MN and allies like Paul Hillmer are asking questions and demanding more of Radiolab. They're being systematically downrated in comments. Hey, so long as Krulwich's fauxpology made self-satisfied white liberals feel better about themselves for continuing to listen to the show, it's all good, right? Stop complaining, it's so negative. Why can't you be more forgiving? Do you think you're perfect? The show entertains us and makes us think! How dare you insult it with your petty concerns?! You just want to win the argument, that's what you want.

Gail here FTW:Empathy is not offered as a degree in Harvard so I guess it has No Value.
By the way, not only is Kalia Yang a much more accomplished person than Radiolab made her out to be, but so is Eng Yang.

Unlocked.
