That's what the principal at Zach Collins' elementary school in Ohio said in response to Zach's and his mother Becky's complaints that Zach was being bullied by homophobic kids.
Zach is now in high school. Last October, a bully named Levi Server beat beat Zach in a classroom, punching him in the face about 20 times. Server was given a three-day suspension.
Some other asshole in the room captured the beating on video and uploaded it to Facebook days later. That, and the principal's expectation that Becky and Zach would just forget about the incident, prompted her to get police and the media involved. Server was
charged with felony assault.
The ACLU today
released this video of Zach telling his story, including a clip of the beating.

support the Student Non-Discrimination Act.
